Well, another thanksgiving has come to a close. I think this is the best meal I've had in my 26 years. We decided to brine the turkey this year, and it made all the difference in the world! It was so tender and juicy...And the flavor was amazing!! I'm sold on the brine concept from now on.
I've also decided that I will no longer make creamed onions for thanksgiving. People expect it to be made, because I've done it for more then 10 years, but they don't eat much of them and it takes too much time. Thanksgiving will survive without creamed onions. May they rest in peace.
